The English Baroque Choir continues its 31st season by performing Handel’s Dixit Dominus and Haydn’s St Cecilia Mass; a programme of sparkling choral works from composers at the height of their powers to mark the anniversaries of their deaths.

Favourites amongst singers the world over, Haydn's St Cecilia Mass and Handel's Dixit Dominus - yet to be discovered by some audiences - demonstrate lively, expressive choral writing by two composers at the height of their powers.

The coupling of these exuberant and sparkling pieces - with equally exciting scores for choir, soloists and orchestra make up an inspiring programme, marking the anniversaries of both composers' deaths.
